TradeCraft computes P&L by FIFO within each ticker-and-account pair, so positions in different brokerage accounts never cross-contaminate cost basis. Real regulatory fees (SEC §31 and FINRA TAF) are applied to every close, R-multiples are computed from your recorded stop, and the entire chain recomputes on every add, edit, and delete. Buys are always processed before sells on identical timestamps — so even date-only broker exports produce correct daily results.

Every buy is minted a unique lot ID automatically — at entry and at import. Sells can link to the exact buy they close, even across accounts. One explicit link per sell; any remainder falls cleanly to FIFO. Cost basis is exact, not guessed.
▮ Import from any broker
The universal CSV importer auto-detects your file's format — Schwab, Webull, thinkorswim Account Statements, Fidelity, Robinhood, IBKR, or your own spreadsheet. A column-mapping screen with a live preview lets you confirm (or correct) every field before anything is saved, duplicates are flagged for review, and files holding trades from multiple brokers can be split to the right accounts during import. Files without execution times get an honest warning: daily totals stay exact, intraday lot matching is approximate — and Schwab users are pointed to the thinkorswim export, which carries real times.
