Common Questions

Is my trade data private?

Yes — all trade data is stored locally on your computer in a SQLite database. We never have access to your trading history, brokerage credentials, or financial data. The only data that touches our servers is license validation.

What is the AI trade grader and what does it cost?

The AI grader uses Anthropic's Claude to analyze your trades and provide objective feedback. It requires your own Anthropic API key — you pay Anthropic directly at roughly $0.003–$0.015 per trade graded. We never charge extra for this feature and your trade data goes directly to Anthropic, not through our servers.

Which brokers are supported for CSV import?

Currently Schwab and Webull. More broker formats are being added based on user requests. You can also manually log trades from any broker.

Does the pattern scanner provide real-time data?

The scanner uses daily OHLCV data via a free public data source. It is not real-time intraday data. Results reflect the prior day's closing data. Use it for pre-market research, not live trading decisions.

Can I use it on multiple computers?

Yes — each license supports up to 3 machines simultaneously. If you need to deactivate a machine (like when getting a new computer), you can do so from your account portal.

What is your refund policy?

Monthly subscriptions have a 7-day refund window. Annual subscriptions have a 14-day refund window. Lifetime licenses have a 30-day refund window. See full refund policy for details.
