Is my trade data private?

Yes — all trade data is stored locally on your computer in a SQLite database. We never have access to your trading history, brokerage credentials, or financial data. The only data that touches our servers is license validation.

What is the AI trade grader and what does it cost?

The AI grader uses Anthropic's Claude to analyze your trades and provide objective feedback. Every plan includes 10 AI grades per day at no extra cost and with no API key needed — Basic grades on the Haiku coach, Advanced on Sonnet, and Premium on Opus with per-grade model choice. Want more than 10 a day? Add your own Anthropic API key on any plan for unlimited grading — you pay Anthropic directly, typically $0.01–$0.05 per trade depending on the model. Your trade data is never stored on our servers.

Which brokers are supported for CSV import?

Any of them. The universal importer auto-detects your file's format — Schwab, Webull, thinkorswim Account Statements (with real execution times), Fidelity, Robinhood, IBKR, and more — and a column-mapping screen with a live preview lets you confirm or correct every field before anything is saved, so even a homegrown spreadsheet imports cleanly. Files holding trades from multiple brokers can be split to the right accounts during import. You can also manually log trades from any broker.

Does the pattern scanner provide real-time data?

The scanner uses daily OHLCV data via a free public data source. It is not real-time intraday data. Results reflect the prior day's closing data. Use it for pre-market research, not live trading decisions.

Can I use it on multiple computers?

Yes — your plan determines how many. Basic supports 1 machine, Advanced supports 3, and Premium supports 5. You can deactivate a machine anytime (e.g. switching computers) from your account portal.

What is your refund policy?

Basic plans have a 7-day refund window. Advanced and Premium plans have a 14-day refund window. Annual subscriptions also have a 14-day window starting at first activation. See full refund policy for details.
